Tracy Jackson
Property Manager, Broker/Owner
Tracy is a lifelong resident of the Pensacola Area. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1996 and in Alabama since 2013. Originally launching her career in real estate sales, she found a niche in property management. She oversaw the growth and development of the department from 160 managed units to over 1,000 units of furnished and unfurnished condos, townhomes, and single-family homes along the Florida and Alabama Gulf Coast. She formed the Jackson Hackett Group and Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast with JoAnna to pursue her passion of helping real estate investors reach their goals with personalized service. She is a member in good standing of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Served as the NARPM Pensacola Chapter’s President in 2013, and remains an active member on the Pensacola Chapter’s Board of Directors. Tracy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pensacola Association of Realtors, and Baldwin County Association of Realtors. Currently serving on the following committees with the Pensacola Association of Realtors: Professional Development Committee as the 2018 Chairperson, and a Volunteer Realtor with Navy Housing

JoAnna Hackett
Property Manager, Broker/Owner
At the ripe old age of 19, JoAnna set out to begin her real estate career, originally focusing on property management. Enjoying the relationships acquired and opportunities that the industry offered, she decided to advance her career by achieving her Florida Real Estate License and later obtained her Florida Broker’s License. After assisting in growing other management companies, JoAnna decided she would rather grow and earn for her family and family’s future. She felt strongly that she could provide better quality service to her clients outside of a constricting corporate environment. Sharing mutual concerns, she teamed up with her friend and fellow colleague, Tracy Jackson, and joined Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast to focus on sales. Subsequently, they opened their own property management company, Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast providing property management services. In turn, they have created a true full-service real estate solution for their clients. JoAnna has served in leadership roles for various organizations such as NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), having served the last decade on the Pensacola Chapter Board as Director, Secretary, President Elect, and two terms as President. She also served on a NARPM National committee, assisting in convention planning. JoAnna previously served on the Community Relations Committee of the Pensacola Association of Realtors.

Grady Roberts
Property Manager
Grady keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Since joining Hometown Properties in August 2024, he’s been the steady hand behind resident relations, maintenance coordination, vendor scheduling, and move-in/move-out timelines—communicating clearly so owners stay informed and residents feel taken care of.
A true Floridian at heart, Grady recharges with family time, ocean breezes, and warm sand. When he’s off the clock, you’ll catch him listening to podcasts and audiobooks, tinkering with electronics and small engines, and—because he’s a lifelong learner—studying history and real estate just for fun. He also loves visiting family in Molino, the small rural town where he spent much of his childhood on the farm.
Whether it’s troubleshooting a maintenance issue, planning an efficient turnover, or offering practical advice to protect your investment, Grady brings calm, care, and craftsmanship to every property he manages.

Belle Young
Assistant Property Manager
How I Started with HPGC: One of my most memorable experiences with HPGC actually began during my virtual interview. Tracy and JoAnna asked about my property maintenance knowledge, and with enthusiasm, I shared my background in areas such as lawn care, plumbing, and painting. Then, with perfect timing, I added: “And septic tank issues? Consider them handled!” The laughter that followed instantly broke the ice and left me confident that I had found the right fit. As I approach my 5th anniversary with the company this October 2025, I remain excited to contribute to and grow within this dynamic field of property management.
Something Personal: I am based in the sunny Philippines and have a deep passion for cooking and baking, having worked as a chef and caterer before transitioning into the Virtual Assistance world. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling—something I’ve missed since the pandemic but am now making plans to pursue again. One of my biggest goals is to take our son on his very first international trip next year to celebrate his birthday at Disneyland.

Kaylee Jackson
Marketing & Leasing Specialist
Born and raised in Pensacola, Kaylee is our resident local—she knows the hidden gems, best restaurants, and backroads like the back of her hand. She joined Hometown Properties in January 2023 as a marketing specialist after earning her B.A. in Communications (with a Psychology minor) from the University of West Florida, and she added her Florida real estate license in October 2023.
Day to day, Kaylee is the creative engine behind our marketing. She writes listing descriptions, shoots photos, edits videos, posts content, manages the blog, and even films YouTube updates and fun market recaps for owners. She’s also our primary showing agent—you’ll often meet her at tours or when she’s on-site styling and photographing your property. From scheduling showings with prospective tenants to guiding them into the application process, Kaylee keeps the whole experience smooth, friendly, and on-brand.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her at Pilates, watching reality TV with her two cats, or at the beach! She’s engaged to her high school sweetheart and still loves exploring Pensacola—just ask her for a lunch spot recommendation and watch her light up.
