If you're searching for the perfect rental home, you've come to the right place. As a prospective tenant, we use Rentvine's Property Management to streamline your experience, from finding and applying for your dream home through our easy-to-use application portal to providing a suite of tools that ensure a great rental experience once you're a resident.
Resident Selection Criteria
- All occupants over 18 must apply and there is a $75 application fee per adult.
- Applicants must have at least 2.5-3 times the monthly rent of verifiable income per month.
- No previous evictions or landlord debt.
- Each applicant is screened for credit, criminal background check, employment verification and rental verification.
- Minimum of 600 credit score and credit report must not have any evictions, collections over $500, utility and/or landlord debt, liens, and/or bankruptcies in the past 2 years.
- Once approved, must pay deposits, fees which includes a $100 lease preparation fee, prorated rent, AND first month rent in CERTIFIED funds only unless otherwise directed by Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast.
- Rental applicants with household pets or service/companion/assistive animals are required to submit a per pet application through a third-party pet screening vendor as part of our rental application process.
- All utilities must be turned on in your name on or before your move-in date unless otherwise directed by Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast.
- All Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $50.00/month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program, on-demand pest control, and much more! For our current residents, Rentvine's Property Management Software offers a complete set of tools and procedures designed to make your stay more comfortable and rewarding. You can use our website to get to your portal to submit maintenance requests, pay rent, or simply reach out to us. We always enjoy hearing from our residents.
