When you enter the foyer, an eat-in kitchen is to the right. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, and a pass-through window into the formal dining area. Left of the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. You can go into the garage through the laundry room.
This home features wood laminate flooring throughout.
The primary bedroom has a closet sink and a large walk-in shower. The hall bathroom has a combination shower tub and one other bedroom to the left of the toilet.
Outside, there is a screened-in porch and a nice-sized yard. This home also includes extra storage cabinets (three) in the garage. Lawn service and sprinkler are included in the rent and access to the community clubhouse, with a host of activities scheduled on the table in the clubhouse. The community center has a pool, shuffleboard, screened porch area, and a nice clubhouse.
Security Deposit: Full month's rent or based on application findings.
Lease Start Requirements:
Once your application is approved, the lease must begin within 14 days. If the property isn’t ready for move-in yet, the lease must start within 14 days of when it becomes available.
We charge a lease preparation fee of $100 before move-in
Application fee is $75 per adult applicant. No co-signers or guarantors.
NOTE: Tenant is responsible for all utilities - power, water, sewer, trash, cable, and internet. Lawn Maintenance and sprinkler system included. Tenant must maintain the flowerbed.
We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider 2 pets under 20 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee. Animals must be at least one year of age.
